Following a “No Profit, No Loss” model, it offers essential medicines and medical supplies at discounts ranging from 20% to 65%, ensuring affordability for all.

From 15 June 2024, a medical store operating in Rajkot, run by Sadbhavna Old Age Home, has been started as a humanitarian service. Through the “No Profit, No Loss” model, medicines are provided at 20% to 60% discount, ensuring that patients can get necessary medicines at affordable prices.
The objective is to make expensive medicines and medical necessities easily accessible to the general public. Medicines from renowned brands and companies are available here at reasonable and affordable rates. In addition, items such as diapers, insulin, injections, and surgical supplies are also available at discounted prices.
At present, medicines worth more than ₹12 crores are sold annually through this store, due to which patients receive an annual benefit of approximately ₹3 crores. This includes treatment support for diabetes, cancer, kidney disease, heart disease, blood pressure, thyroid, and other serious illnesses.
This is the first initiative of its kind in Rajkot, and it has received an overwhelming response from the public. In the future, there are plans to expand this service to other cities and to introduce additional facilities such as diagnostic laboratories and blood banks.
