Sadhbhavan Bull Shelter: A Sanctuary of Hope
When the president of Sadhbhavan Vrudhashram witnessed abandoned cows suffering on the streets, hungry, injured, and alone, his heart broke. These voiceless souls who once nurtured us were now forgotten. With deep compassion, he founded Sadhbhavna Bull Shelter, where every abandoned and injured bull, including the white bull (Nandi), finds love again.
Here, they receive nutritious food, medical treatment, and a safe home. Our caretakers provide gentle care, restoring their dignity and healing their pain.

Bull Shelter
When an organization begins a noble initiative, it gradually takes new forms. One such initiative is the “Bull Shelter”, meaning a shelter for bulls. In Indian culture, cows and bulls are respected and cared for, but bulls often face neglect after a certain stage of life.
Recognising this reality, our organization took a significant step and established a Bull Shelter for abandoned, disabled, and sick bulls. Through this new initiative, efforts are being made to rescue and protect bulls whose lives were previously in distress. At present, around 1,600 bulls are sheltered under this initiative, while our long-term goal is to care for 10,000 bulls.

This initiative has not only saved the lives of thousands of bulls, but it has also helped reduce road accidents caused by stray animals and minimized environmental pollution.
