1. No Refunds or Cancellations
Please note that all donations and payments made through our website are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is successfully completed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.
We kindly request all our donors and contributors to please carefully check the following before making a payment: the donation amount, the purpose of the donation, and all other payment details. Please make sure everything is correct before you click the “Pay” button.
2. Payment Gateways Razorpay, DanaMojo & Stripe
All payments on our website are processed safely and securely through our trusted payment platforms:
- Razorpay – A trusted, RBI-compliant payment gateway widely used across India, supporting UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and wallets.
- DanaMojo – A dedicated fundraising and donation platform built specifically for Indian NGOs and nonprofits, enabling seamless domestic donations with features tailored for charitable giving.
- Stripe – A globally trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway that enables secure international donations via credit/debit cards and other global payment methods, ideal for donors contributing from outside India.
We take every step to ensure your payment goes through smoothly and safely. However, please understand that we do not have control over delays or failures caused by third-party services such as your bank or the payment gateway itself.
If your payment fails or gets stuck, we recommend waiting a few minutes and checking your bank statement, contacting your bank if the amount was debited but the transaction did not go through, and reaching out to us if the issue is not resolved (see contact details below).
3. Error in Transaction
If you believe there has been a genuine error with your transaction, for example, you were charged twice, or the wrong amount was deducted, please contact us immediately with the following details:
- Your full name
- Transaction ID or reference number
- Amount paid
- Date and time of payment
- The platform used (Razorpay, DanaMojo, or Stripe)
- Description of the issue
We will look into the matter carefully and do our best to help you.
Note: Adding the platform name to error reports helps us trace your transaction faster across the different payment systems we use.
